I am looking for a closest solution that already exists, or one that can be built using an existing theme that has most of what I need.
I need a minimalist theme (paid is ok) that has a flexible theme customizer/FSE. This will be used on wp multisite for news bloggers where each site owner can configure their own theme and make it look unique.
I am not looking for an advanced theme builder. I want to keep it simple for users where they select layout, color palette, customize colors, fonts, header styles, footer styles, etc. which makes their site unique. But not with too many options that will distract them.
Prefer this to be on the frontend along with site identity as our users will not have access to wp-admin.  We provide one theme to users, but the same theme in 6 different layouts and theme options that users can select from and further change. Users will not be able to bring their own themes.

Deliverable 1 is identification of the base theme to be used for this
Deliverable 2 is modifying the customizer options to suit our needs
Deliverable 3 is that theme working on our site

We have a site that is built on WordPress with WooCommerce functionality. We have a goal for a support page that would allow our visitors to choose a series (one of 8) in a drop down, which would then show a model (up to 16) that is connected to that series and a topic for the support they are looking for.

Depending on what they select different support videos and documents would appear. These are posts in WP. In addition to this section, we have a section below it that shows accessories that are products in WooCommerce. Accessories should show up related to the selection in the drop down area as well.

For the person we hire, Slack communication is a must.

We want to give our users the ability to select only a series and see related videos, documents, and accessories to that series or select a series and specific model that would show the related videos, documents, and accessories. If the user selects a topic for support such as troubleshooting or start up, then this would impact the videos and support documents show to that related topic but the accessories would still show based on the series or series model selections.
